Make a date with us on the 14th November 2008.Mr. Jason Wong the Director of RPRSD (Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports) will be our guest speaker of the day. Jason will be sharing with us the "Yellow Ribbon" story. He will challenge us on how "Faith" overcome "Fear" and bringing Kingdom Values into the Marketplace ( Workplace ).

We are expecting overwhelming response ... so register early to avoid disappointment. Limited seats!

"Firstly we as a marketplace committee would like to praise God for what we felt was a great meeting where His msg was shared & His ministry felt, given that it was a short one & half hour session. Please thank God together with us !

Then we would like to thank each & everyone of you for being with us, in the midst of your busy schedule. Whether you came to lend support, to find out more, or simply responding to an invitiation.. etc, we would like you to know that we have been greatly blessed & encouraged by yr attendance & participation ! We trust that you have also been blessed as you came, & would like to invite you to share your thoughts or feedback with us.

Finally, we are over-joyed to report that after the meeting, one of the lady particpants came forward to pray to receive Jesus as Lord ! This is a great affirmation for the ministry ! May His Name be praised ! "

Prayer Requests:

1. Pray for the TPYHub Marketplace Ministry.

Pray for the organizing committee - that there will be clarity of Vision & Direction.
Pray for Marketplace Ministers will be raise from within our midst in Toa Payoh Hub.
Pray for the working of the Holy Spirit in bringing about "Transformation" in our place of work

2. Pray for "One Another" in the Marketplace

Thank God for the provision of a job for Sis Priscilla - started work on 17th Sept. Pray for quick adjustment to her new work, new environment, new friends ... that she may 'bloom, where she is planted'. Her life may be a sweet smelling fragrance to all.

Pray for Sis Shu Ying - she is scheduled for laser treatment of her eyes this Friday afternoon (10th Oct) Pray for God's covering and speedy recovery.
